What is the Healthy Foundations programme?

Healthy Foundations is a programme of Nutrition Therapy made up of a personalised meal and lifestyle plan that's built around you, so it doesn't matter if you're:

  • A busy parent rushing between work and the school run.
  • Working full-time in a high-stress job.
  • A picky eater or someone with several allergies.
  • Someone who doesn't enjoy cooking at all.

We work together to create a personalised plan that's sustainable for you.

How it works

We start with booking a free 30-minute consultation to get an idea of your situation. Then we move on to a 90-minute consultation to explore your health history and goals. We look at the full picture of your metabolic health.

Every plan is personalised and tailored uniquely to you, and it doesn't matter if you have a confirmed diagnosis or not.

Your personalised plan will combine nutritional guidance, supplement advice if needed, and lifestyle recommendations to gently correct any imbalances in your body with a focus on your health.

During follow-up consultations, we’ll review how your body is responding to these changes and adjust as needed.

Ongoing monthly support is available when the package ends for an additional charge.
