How it Works

We start with booking a free 30-minute consultation to get an idea of your situation. Then we move on to a 90-minute consultation to explore your health history and goals. We look at the full picture of your metabolic health.

Every plan is uniquely tailored to your physiology. Your personalised roadmap will combine nutritional guidance, targeted supplement advice (if needed), and lifestyle shifts to gently lower your HbA1c and correct insulin resistance.

During our follow-up consultations, we’ll review your progress, look at your energy levels, and adjust the plan as your body begins to respond and heal.

Ongoing monthly support is available when the package ends for an additional charge.
